Ingredients

  • 125 g butter or mararine
  • 100 g suar
  • 3 egg (s)
  • 2 tablespoon peanut butter, creamy
  • 2 tablespoon Nutella
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 3 tablespoon milk
  • 250 g flour
  • 3 tablespoon baking powder

Instructions

  1. Mix the butter until creamy, add the sugar while stirring. Mix in the eggs one by one until the batter is frothy. Mix well with the peanut butter and Nutella. Salt and milk with it. Mix the flour with the baking powder and slowly stir into the dough.
  2. Pour 3/4 of the batter into muffin cups. Put a teaspoon of Nutella in the middle and cover with the rest of the dough. Bake in the preheated oven at 175 degrees for about 25 minutes.
  3. Best served warm.
