Peanut Muffins

Muffins are prepared with peanuts, with the addition of white chocolate.

Directions

Turn on the oven to preheat to 170 degrees. Line 12 muffin molds with paper rosettes.
Melt white chocolate with cream in a water bath. Remove from the bath, let cool slightly.
In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking powder, peanuts and salt.
In a separate bowl, beat the butter, sugar and vanilla extract. Add eggs gradually, beating well after each.
While continuing to beat the butter mixture at low speed, gradually add flour and melted white chocolate.
Put the dough into prepared molds, filling them 3/4 full. Place in a preheated oven, bake muffins with peanuts for 25-30 minutes, until a clean wooden stick is punctured. Remove the finished muffins with peanuts from the oven, let cool slightly.
In the meantime, prepare the cream. Beat butter with sugar until creamy. Add powdered sugar, mix well. Grease muffins with this cream, decorate muffins with peanuts with pieces of roasted nuts.
