- 280 g flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 apples
- 120 g suar
- 100 g peanut butter
- 2 egg (s)
- 80 g butter, liquid
- 200 ml buttermilk

- Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
- Wash, quarter, core and cut the apples into pieces.
- Mix the flour, baking powder and baking soda in a bowl.
- In a second bowl, mix the eggs, sugar, peanut butter, melted butter, and buttermilk very well until the mixture is uniform. Add flour mixture and apple pieces and stir in again briefly.
- Fill 2/3 of the dough into the molds and bake for 20-25 minutes at 190 ° C top / bottom heat.
