Ingredients

For the dough:

  • 250 g flour
  • 150 g butter
  • 50 g powdered suar
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 1 vanilla sugar

For covering:

  • 100 g marzipan paste
  • some orange juice
  • Fruits, e.g. apricots, plums, rhubarb

For the cast:

  • 2 egg (s)
  • 40 g suar
  • 150 g quark, or yourt
  • 1 packet custard powder, vanilla
  • 200 ml milk
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 1 vanilla sugar
  • some lemon juice
  • 40 g cream

For the sprinkles:

  • 80 g flour
  • 40 g butter
  • 40 g suar
  • 30 g semolina
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • some lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Knead the ingredients for the base into a shortcrust pastry and place in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
  2. Mix the marzipan with orange juice and spread on the shortcrust pastry. Cover the bottom with the fruits.
  3. Mix the ingredients for the glaze and pour onto the fruit. Knead the crumble ingredients and sprinkle on the topping.
  4. Bake at 175 ° for about 45 minutes.
