Ingredients
- 300 g strawberries, fresh or frozen
- 80 g powdered suar
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 6 sheets gelatin
- 250 ml whipped cream
- 1 ½ pack ladyfingers
- some milk to drink
For decoration:
- some whipped cream, whipped
- possibly strawberries
- possibly ladyfingers

- Thaw frozen strawberries first.
- Line a loaf pan (30 cm long) with cling film. Soak the gelatine leaves in cold water.
- Puree the strawberries and mix with powdered sugar and vanilla sugar. Squeeze out the gelatine well, dissolve according to the instructions on the packet and stir into the strawberry purée. Whip the whipped cream until stiff and fold in. First spread some cream in the loaf pan. Cover with a layer of ladyfingers and soak them with a little milk. Then alternately layer cream and ladyfingers (soaked with milk) like a tiramisu. Finish with cream!
- Let the strawberry layer dessert soak in a cool place for several hours (preferably overnight).
- Then turn out onto a long cake plate and decorate with whipped cream, possibly strawberries and ladyfingers.
