Ingredients

  • 250 g quark, 20% fat in dry matter
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 2 cloves garlic)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 ½ bunch chives
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix the quark and sour cream together. Press the garlic through the press and stir in the salt as well. Add chives and pepper as needed. Let it steep in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
  2. Tastes very good with potatoes or vegetable sticks.
