Ingredients

  • 2 pork steak (s)
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • some bacon or diced ham
  • 4 thin tomato (s) slices
  • 2 slices cheese (Gouda)
  • some oil (sunflower oil) for frying

Instructions

  1. Fry the steaks in the pan as usual. Squeeze the garlic cloves and then mash the garlic mixture until an easy-to-spread paste is formed.
  2. Now spread the garlic paste generously on the fried steaks and add some bacon or ham cubes (be careful: not too much, otherwise the whole thing will be too salty). Finally, place 2 tomato slices and a cheese slice on each steak. Everything is baked in the oven for 20 minutes at approx. 200 ° C.
