Ingredients

  • 500 g nocchi
  • 70 g sprin onion (s), cut into rins
  • 100 g cooked ham
  • 150 g Goronzola
  • 100 g cream, or a little more
  • 200 g tomato (can)
  • salt and pepper
  • cheese, grated

Instructions

  1. Cook the gnocchi according to the instructions.
  2. Braise the onions and ham. Heat the Gorgonzola and cream in a saucepan until the cheese has melted, simmer for about 5 minutes and season well.
  3. Cut the tomatoes into small pieces. Put the gnocchi and tomatoes in a baking dish, cover with sauce and finally grated cheese. Baked in an oven preheated to 200 ° C for about 15 minutes.
