  • 400 g mozzarella
  • 200 g herbal cream cheese
  • 50 g crème fraîche with herbs
  • 400 ml vegetable stock
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 5 cloves garlic
  • nutmeg
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Chop the onion and garlic. Grate the mozzarella. Mix the vegetable stock, crème fraîche and cream cheese in a measuring cup to form a sauce.
  2. Then prepare a baking dish suitable for the oven. Put the spinach, onion, garlic and gnocchi in the baking dish and pour the sauce over them. Season with nutmeg, pepper and salt. Then mix all ingredients well. Sprinkle with mozzarella.
  3. Bake for 22 minutes in the oven at 200 ° C using the hot air with steam function.
