- 2 slices toast bread (wholemeal)
- 2 tomato (s), dried, pickled in oil
- 4 walnuts, halves
- 3 teaspoons fresh goat cheese
- Toast the wholemeal toast in the toaster. Roughly chop the walnuts and lightly toast them in a small pan without oil. Cut the tomatoes into small pieces.
- Spread the goat cheese on toast and top with tomatoes and walnuts. Place the second slice of toast on top and consume warm.
