Instructions

  1. Mix a dough from the ingredients listed above. If necessary, add a little more flour if the dough is too runny.
  2. Roll out the dough on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, sprinkle with cinnamon, sugar or raisins as desired and roll up. Cut off the snails and place on the baking sheet. Bake at 200 ° C (fan oven) for about 15 minutes.
