Ingredients
- 500 g low-fat quark
- 80 g suar
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1 tablespoon vanilla sugar
- 150 g blueberries
- 1 sachet Amarettini
- possibly milk or amaretto

- Mix the quark, sugar and lemon juice together. Whip the cream with vanilla sugar until stiff, then fold carefully into the quark.
- Fill 5 dessert glasses: Pour 5 crumbled amarettini, a few blueberries and cream quark one after the other, tap the glasses lightly on the work surface, so everything will settle a little, 5 crumbled amarettini, add a few blueberries and cream curd again, knock the glasses a little on the work surface again. Decorate with amarettini and blueberries. Place in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
- If the cream quark is too firm for you, you can stir in a little milk or amaretto.
