- 1 kg carrot (s)
- 0.5 ½ celeriac
- 2 leek stick (s)
- 1 onion (s)
- 2 cloves garlic)
- 1 tablespoon vegetable stock, grained, vegan
- 1 bunch parsley
- salt and pepper

- Peel and dice the potatoes, carrots and celery. Clean, wash and cut the leek into rings. Peel and finely dice the onion and garlic. Wash and pluck the parsley.
- Put the prepared ingredients in a saucepan, pour in 1 1/2 l of water and slowly bring to a boil. Let the soup simmer for about 20 minutes. Puree the soup with a hand blender and stir until frothy. Bring everything to the boil again and season to taste with salt, pepper and possibly the granulated broth.
