Ingredients

  • 300 grams flour
  • 150 grams sugar
  • 150 g butter
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 1 pinch (s) salt

For the filling:

  • 300 g suar
  • 0.5 dl ½ water
  • 250 g walnuts (tree nuts), rouhly chopped
  • 2 dl cream
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Instructions

  1. Work the ingredients up to and including salt into a dough, do not knead. Press two thirds of it into the springform pan and form a rim about 3 cm high. Roll out the remaining dough onto baking paper as a lid.
  2. For the filling brown the sugar, deglaze with water and dissolve while stirring. Add the nuts, cream and honey, stir well and let cool a little.
  3. Spread the filling on the dough. Put the lid on it and press it down well on the edge, prick several times.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 220 ° C for 10 minutes, then leave to turn light yellow for another 30 minutes at 180 ° C.
