  • 250 ml whipped cream
  • 5 egg (s), separated
  • 200 g powdered suar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 250 g flour
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 3 tablespoon Nutella
  • Fat and flour for the mold
  • Sugar, for sprinkling

Instructions

  1. Beat the whipped cream with icing and vanilla sugar until stiff. Add 5 egg yolks. Sieve flour with baking powder. Beat the egg white and add to the mixture. Fill about half of it into a greased and floured ring cake tin. Mix in the Nutella into the remaining mixture. Bake at 170 degrees hot air for about 50 minutes, then sprinkle with sugar.
