Ingredients
- 2 piece (s) cheese, hand cheese rolls, approx. 80g
- 1 shallot (s), very finely diced
- 1 small carrot (s), very finely diced
- 1 slice (s) tomato (s), very finely diced
- 5 olives, black without stone, very finely diced
- 1 ½ tablespoon olive oil
- 1 ½ tablespoon balsamic vinegar, milder
- salt and pepper
- Sugar, ad libitum

- Cut the hand cheese rolls into thin slices and place them in a fan shape on a plate.
- Mix the remaining ingredients, season and spread over the hand cheese. Let it steep for 1 to 2 hours and then enjoy. A bread and butter goes best with it.
