Ingredients

  • 2 banana (s)
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 90 g butter, soft
  • 200 g whole wheat flour
  • 50 g almond flour
  • 0.5 ½ pack baking powder
  • 80 ml milk
  • 80 g yourt

Instructions

  1. First mix the eggs and softened butter together.
  2. Then mix the dry ingredients (whole wheat flour, almond flour, baking powder) together.
  3. Then mix the milk and yoghurt together well.
  4. Add butter / egg mixture and milk / yoghurt mixture to the flour and stir well until the dough is smooth. Finally, mash the bananas with a fork and mix with the batter.
  5. Grease a waffle iron and fry the waffles in portions.
  6. The recipe makes about 11 waffles. My kids love these waffles for breakfast with e.g., Berries.
