Ingredients

  • 100 g oat flakes, fine
  • 100 ml soy milk (soy drink), almond milk or oat milk
  • 1 banana (s)
  • Chia seeds
  • linseed
  • some raspberries, frozen, for serving
  • some coconut oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Put the oat flakes in a bowl and mix with the milk substitute. Process the banana into a pulp and add it together with the chia seeds and flax seeds. Stir until it becomes a paste. Let it soak for a few minutes.
  2. Preheat the pan with the coconut oil. Use a large spoon to add two thalers of the same size to the pan. Fry them golden-brown and turn them between meals.
  3. To serve, garnish the thalers with frozen raspberries. If you like, you can of course use other fruits or maple syrup.
  4. So you can bake delicious, sugar-free porridge thalers that are vegan with just a few ingredients. They`re perfect as a quick, healthy breakfast.
