Ingredients

  • 150 g butter
  • 400 g whole rain oatmeal
  • 1 apple, grated
  • 2 medium egg (s)
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • jam, sugar-free for filling

Instructions

  1. Mix the eggs and butter together well. Grate the apple into fine strips with a grater and add to the batter. Add baking powder and stir everything again.
  2. Finally add the oat flakes and stir well until the dough is malleable and no longer sticks. If it sticks a bit, just add a few more oatmeal.
  3. Measure out portions of dough with a teaspoon, roll them into a ball in your hand and press a little flatter. Fill the baking sheet with approx. 16-20 thalers and press a small hollow in the middle with your finger. Put approx. A knife syringe full of jam into each of the hollows.
  4. Bake at 200 ° C (top / bottom heat) for about 20-25 minutes on the middle rack, until the cookies have turned brown at the bottom. Let cool after baking and then: enjoy!
