Soft, tender and very tasty buns-buns are very popular with children, and adults will not refuse such baked goods. Therefore, I offer you an excellent recipe for this topic.

Ingredients
Water – 100 Milliliters (warm)
Yeast – 7 Grams (dry)
Sugar – 2 Tbsp. spoons (in dough)
Eggs – 2 Pieces
Butter – 70 grams (melted)
Milk – 70 Milliliters
Salt – 1 Pinch
Flour – 450 Grams
Sugar – 1/2 Cup (for sprinkling)
Butter – 60 Grams (melted, for greasing buns)
Directions
So, first add yeast and sugar (2 tablespoons) to warm water. Mix everything, cover with a towel and leave until the yeast starts working. Mix eggs and milk in a separate container, add melted butter (70 grams) to them and quite a bit of salt. Let’s mix everything. Then add yeast to the egg mass. Add flour, knead the dough. Leave it to stand for another half hour to rise.
Before you start making future buns, knead the dough one more time. Then we divide it into small parts (I got 8), roll it out. Lubricate each part with melted butter and sprinkle with sugar.
It is advisable to almost add sugar around the edges, otherwise the dough may not bond well.
We wrap the cake, sprinkled with sugar, in a roll, pinch the edges of the dough.
Fold the roll in half and join the edges.
We cut the dough, as in the photo.
And we straighten the resulting heart.
Put the buns-hearts in a baking dish, which we pre-cover with baking paper or foil. We bake for 25 minutes at 180 degrees.
Once the buns are ready, remove them from the oven. You can cool them by covering with a wet (but always well wrung out) towel. This will keep the finished baked goods soft for longer.
