This recipe tastes really delicious, especially with a crunchy green salad, with potatoes or rice as a side dish. I always eat it with boiled potatoes and therefore include the P. number including those. So we come to a value of 5.5 P per person for potatoes and shredded Hawaiian meat.
First I make the sauce. To do this, I put the juice of the canned pineapple in a vessel, as well as the processed cheese and the cream. Everything is mixed together well. Next I measure 50 ml of water and dissolve the teaspoon of potato flour in it (the other way around it would lump). Then I add the potato water to the sauce and season the sauce with salt and pepper.
Put the strips of meat with the pineapple pieces in layers in a flat baking dish and pour the sauce over them.
Place in the oven at 200 degrees for about 40 minutes. Then sprinkle the cheese on top and bake for another 5 minutes.
