  • 50 g oatmeal, tender
  • 100 g spinach, frozen
  • 30 g tomato (s), dried
  • 50 g feta cheese
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable stock
  • 200 ml water

Instructions

  1. Put the oatmeal, water, spinach and the sun-dried tomatoes in small pieces together with the vegetable stock in a saucepan. Bring to the boil, then lower the temperature and let it steep for about 10 minutes.
  2. Then arrange everything on a plate and crumble the feta over it.
