Ingredients
- 250 g fish fillet (s) (herrin, Nordic style)
- 25 g onion (s), finely weihed
- 1 lemon (s), the juice and also the pulp it
- 2 small pickles (approx. 30 g), weighed small
- 1 apple (approx. 20 g), roughly grated and weighed small
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 200 g sour cream
- 100 g milk

- Pour off the oil from the matjes fillet, rinse once with water and cut into bite-sized pieces and place in a bowl. Place onion, lemon juice and pulp, pickles, apple on top. Mix the sour cream with milk, sugar and salt and pour over the mixture. Mix briefly and let steep a little.
- Serve with jacket potatoes and cranberries.
