Ingredients

  • 500 g minced meat, half and half
  • 1 large onion (s)
  • 2 cloves garlic)
  • 500 ml tomato (s), passed
  • 0.5 tube ½ tomato paste
  • 3 teaspoons broth
  • 3 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 500 ml water
  • some oil
  • salt
  • pepper
  • Chilli powder
  • Paprika powder, hot
  • Maggi
  • 400 g pasta
  • 100 g cheese, rated
  • 500 ml hollandaise sauce
  • oregano

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in salted water according to the instructions on the packet.
  2. Chop the onion and knead with the minced meat in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Fry the minced meat in a large pan or saucepan with a little oil. Then add the tomatoes and the tomato paste. Press and stir in the garlic. Mix the broth with the water and mix with the Bolognese. Thicken with cornstarch to the desired consistency. Finally, season with oregano, salt, pepper, chilli, paprika and Maggi.
  3. Put the pasta in a large baking dish and fold in the Bolognese. Spread the hollandaise sauce over it so that you get a closed cover. Finally, sprinkle the holo bolo with cheese and put in the oven.
  4. The baking time is around 20 minutes at around 180 ° C.
