Ingredients
- 250 g strawberries
- 100 g blueberries
- 100 g blackberries
- 3 cups double cream
- 400 g condensed milk, sweetened
- berries, for decorating

- First, whip the crème double until it has a slightly firmer consistency, such as whipped cream.
- Then puree the berries.
- In the next step, add the sweetened condensed milk to the crème double and fold it in. Then the pureed berries are mixed into the mass.
- Now the whole mixture is filled into a jar with a lid and placed in the freezer. So that the mass does not crystallize, it is stirred every half an hour until the mass turns to ice. This can take six to eight hours.
- Then the ice cream is ready to eat and can be decorated with a few berries in the ice cream bowl.
