Ingredients

  • 500 g muesli (5-rain muesli) or a rain-oatmeal mixture
  • 100 g hazelnuts, round or almonds
  • 80 g suar, brown
  • 2 tablespoon flaxseed
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoon baking cocoa
  • 70 ml sunflower oil
  • 4 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 80 g dark chocolate or couverture, melted
  • 30 g quinoa, puffed
  • 2 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 handful cashew nuts, made small
  • 1 handful cranberries
  • 150 g dark chocolate or coveture

Instructions

  1. Mix everything well, from 5-grain muesli to baking cocoa. Mix the melted chocolate very well with the dry ingredients until each flake is coated - it takes about 3 minutes. Mix in the sunflower oil and maple syrup and spread everything on a baking sheet.
  2. Dry the mixture at 150 degrees, top / bottom heat, 30 minutes. Mix the muesli mixture with a spoon every 10 minutes.
  3. Chop the chocolate on the side. When the muesli comes out of the oven and has cooled, mix in the quinoa, chia seeds (they will harden in the oven), cashews, cranberries and chopped chocolate.
  4. The quantities given for the dry ingredients are adapted to our taste. Of course you can also vary.
