  • 1 liter juice your choice (00% fruit content)
  • 12 sheets gelatin
  • some water, hot

Instructions

  1. Allow the gelatine to swell in a little liquid according to the instructions on the package. Then place in a bowl, pour some hot water over it and stir until it dissolves.
  2. Add some of the juice and stir, then add the rest of the juice and stir again. The mass to harden now chill for several hours.
  3. It is best to serve with vanilla sauce.
  4. Notes: I would only use 100% juice. Grape juice, pineapple juice and cherry juice are big sellers - especially with children. I think it`s a lot better than what you bought - it`s also healthier.
