I offer the simplest, fastest and, moreover, very tasty recipe for pizza with cheese rims. I made a pizza with chicken fillet and mushrooms, you can add any other ingredients (bacon, salami, tomatoes, peppers, etc.).

For the dough:
Olive oil – 1 tbsp
Warm water – 1/2 cup
Flour – 2 cups
Fast acting yeast – 1/2 sachet
Salt – a pinch
Cheese – for the sides
For filling:
Boiled chicken fillet – 150 g
Champignons – 150 g
Ketchup – 3-4 tbsp

Directions
Sift flour through a sieve.
Add yeast and a pinch of salt.
Add half a glass of warm water.
We mix.
Then add the olive oil.
We knead the dough. Sprinkle flour on the surface on which we will roll out the dough.
Roll out the dough to the desired dia.
Transfer the dough to baking paper.
Three grated cheese.
Place the cheese on the edge of the pizza base.
We wrap the edges.
Lubricate the base with sauce.
We put the filling (I have chicken fillet and champignons).
Sprinkle with grated cheese on top.
We put the pizza in an oven preheated to 180 degrees and bake until tender (about 25-30 minutes).
