Homemade turkey ham with quail eggs and green peas are perfect for any occasion. The recipe is useful for those on a low-carb or high-protein diet. Turkey meat is considered dietary, superior to chicken, and is hypoallergenic.

Grind half of the specified rate of turkey fillet in a blender or twist twice through a meat grinder. Cut the rest into small cubes.
Transfer the prepared minced meat and chopped poultry to a bowl. Pour in a little water, add salt and knead the minced meat well so that all the moisture is absorbed into the minced meat. Leave the prepared mixture in the refrigerator overnight.
Add spices, frozen green peas to the chilled minced meat, after blanching it for a couple of minutes in salted boiling water, and then immersing it in cold water. Stir so that all ingredients are evenly distributed among themselves.
