Ingredients

  • 500 g pork schnitzel
  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • 2 tablespoon mustard, medium hot
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • paprika powder, noble sweet
  • Chili powder
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl or mug, stir the honey together with the mustard and the oil until a homogeneous marinade forms. Now add the garlic and the spices and stir in.
  2. First wash the schnitzel briefly, then plate - ideally between two cling film - and cut lengthways into strips about 1 to 1.5 cm wide. Thread the individual strips onto prepared kebab skewers and layer them on top of each other in an oblong casserole dish or something similar. Spread the marinade generously over the top. Then let it steep for approx. 3 - 6 hours in a cool place, layering every now and then.
  3. Now the torch skewers can be placed on the preheated grill.
