The ingredients are used to make a yeast dough. After rising, take a smaller amount of the dough and form flat cakes on the baking sheet (I think that`s the right one Designation). I shape it with the heel of my hand. They are then roughly saucer size or slightly larger. After baking, they are coated with butter while they are still hot. I always take a whole piece of butter and go through the hot rolls with it. The butter should soak in a little. Baking time: approx. 20 minutes at 200 degrees (top and bottom heat). 170 hot air I always bake twice as much. My family is allowed to eat part of it right away. I freeze the other part. You can very easily take them individually from the freezer bag. Because they are thin, they can be thawed very quickly.
