Ingredients

  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 0.5 ½ salt lemon e.g., according to the recipe Ninifairy
  • 1 tablespoon juice from the salted lemons, if possible without oil
  • 3 large clove (s) garlic
  • 2 tablespoon curry paste, yellow or red
  • oil

Instructions

  1. Remove the pulp from the lemon and cut the peel into very fine pieces. Finely chop or press the garlic and fry briefly in oil.
  2. Mix the minced meat with lemon zest, garlic, egg, curry paste and lemon stock well and form small meatballs out of it.
  3. Heat the oil in the pan again and fry the meatballs brown on all sides.
  4. The meatballs taste hot, e.g. with a cool yogurt sauce and salad, but also cold.
