Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon vegetable cooking water
- 1 tablespoon natural yogurt .5-3.5%
- 1 tablespoon sour cream or creme fraiche
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ curry, for color and taste
- salt and pepper
- garlic
- possibly herbs, to taste

- Recipe is simple and easy and per person
- Remove 1 tablespoon of vegetable boiling water, beat with 1 tablespoon of yoghurt and 1 tablespoon of sour cream or 1 tablespoon of creme fraiche, salt, pepper, a trace of garlic and 1 heaped pinch of curry.
- Briefly heat this mixture before serving, do not boil and a quick and tasty vegetable sauce is ready without much effort.
- I just heat this up in the microwave.
- Before serving, add herbs to taste and preference.

- I account for the yoghurt as a cup during the day because I use it afterwards.
