Italian Chops

Chops with cheese and herbs fried in breadcrumbs are delicious.

Ingredients
- Pork (carbonate) – 600 g
- Chicken egg – 1 pc.
- Hard cheese – 100 g
- Spice mix to taste
- Ground black pepper – 0.5 teaspoon
- Parsley greens – 20 g
- Bread crumbs – 50 g
- Vegetable oil – 30 ml
- Salt to taste
Directions
- Rinse the meat, dry with a napkin and cut into portions across the fibers with plates 1-1.5 cm thick.
- Cover with cling film or plastic bag, beat off on both sides.
- Drive an egg into a bowl.
- Grate the cheese.
- Cut the greens.
- Add spices and salt to taste.
- Beat everything slightly.
- Chops with pepper, salt and dip in the egg mixture. Dip from all sides.
- Breaded chops in breadcrumbs on both sides.
- Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and lower the cutlets.
- Fry the chops on both sides until golden brown, reduce heat to low, cover and cook the chops for another 2 minutes.
- Italian chops are ready.
