Ingredients

  • Black bread with cereals – 1 pc.
  • Vegetable oil – 3 tablespoon.
  • Dijon mustard – 1 tablespoon
  • Capers – 1 tablespoon (taste)
  • Rice vinegar – 1 teaspoon
  • Canned tuna – 1/2 small can (about 50 g)
  • Egg – 1 pc.
  • Boiled potatoes – 1 pc.
  • Kenyan beans (green beans) – a little, a small handful
  • Cherry tomatoes – 2 pcs.
  • Lettuce leaf (whichever you like) – to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Prepare the sauce immediately. Capers, Dijon mustard, oil, pepper and rice vinegar. We mix everything.
  2. Fried egg.
  3. Fry the boiled potatoes on both sides with the addition of oil, salt and pepper.
  4. Blanch the Kenyan beans for a couple of minutes.
  5. Let’s free canned tuna from bones and skin.
  6. Cut the cherry tomatoes into slices.
  7. Fry two parts of black bread with cereals in oil. Then we grease it with sauce. Put lettuce, cherry tomatoes, potatoes, tuna, beans and an egg on the bottom. Close the top with the second part of the bread.
