  • 300 g puff pastry
  • 200 g meat (rack smoked meat)
  • 50 g cream cheese with herbs
  • 1 tomato (s)
  • 150 g cheese (Emmentaler)
  • 1 egg (s)
  • oregano

Instructions

  1. Roll out the puff pastry and top with the smoked rack. Carefully spread the cream cheese over it. Thinly slice and core the tomato. Then spread on the cream cheese. Sprinkle the Emmentaler cheese on top and season with the oregano. Roll up the strudel, brush with the beaten egg and bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for about 30 minutes.
  2. A mixed leaf salad tastes good with it.
