- On the day you get Hermann, you have to feed him. Day 1: 1 cup of flour, 1 cup of milk, 1/2 cup of sugar. Keep it in a tall container, lightly covered, in the refrigerator, because it wants to go high.
- Stir the dough every morning. On the 5th day, feed Hermann the same amounts as on the 1st day. It is baked on the 10th day.
- On the baking day, Hermann has to fill a cup for you and a cup for a friend and the recipe is one of them.
- Put the rest in a bowl and mix in the following ingredients: 2 eggs, 2 cups of flour, 1 cup of sugar, 1 cup of raisins, 1 cup of ground hazelnuts, 1/2 cup of oil, 1 teaspoon of baking powder, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon. Stir everything in carefully until the ingredients are well mixed.
- Pour the dough into a well-greased and floured loaf pan. Before baking, add a mixture of a piece of melted butter, 1/2 cup of sugar and a tablespoon of cinnamon.
- Then Hermann bake at about 180 ° C for about 45 minutes, possibly a little longer. (Caution, the butter can burn easily, check it regularly and cover it if necessary).
