Jellied meat is made from pork meat with milk and walnuts. An original cold appetizer is suitable for a New Year’s festive table and not only. Treat yourself and your loved ones!

Ingredients
Pork meat – 500 g
Milk – 500 ml
Gelatin – 30 g
Walnuts – 1 glass
For decoration:
Cherry tomatoes to taste
Parsley greens – 1 bunch
Lettuce leaves – 1 bunch
Directions
First you need to boil the meat until tender (about 1 hour 20 minutes), adding spices and salt to it to taste. Drain the broth. Cool the meat and broth.
Boil milk and cool it down.
Pour 30 g of gelatin into 1/3 cup of meat broth and leave for 40 minutes
Chop the meat and place in a mold.
Heat the broth with gelatin until the gelatin dissolves, without boiling. And pour chilled boiled milk.
Pour the meat into the mold with the resulting mixture. Lay out the walnuts. Put the pork jellied in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours until it solidifies.
