Put all the ingredients in the blender until everything is small. I use the smoothie program twice for this.
The amount of milk and muesli can be varied to achieve a thicker or thinner consistency. The other ingredients can of course be varied according to taste. I like the shake best when it is cold, so use milk that is as cold as possible.
