Juicy Fried Fish, Breaded

Cooked in this way – in marinade and breading – fried fish turns out to be very juicy. It’s so good to cook lean fish.

Cook: 30 minutes

Servings: 4

Ingredients

  • Fish (I have pollock) – 2 pcs.
  • Mayonnaise – 2 tablespoons
  • Chicken egg – 1 pc.
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Seasoning for fish
  • Salt

How to cook juicy breaded fried fish:

Directions

  1. Peel the fish, wash, cut into portions.
  2. Brush with mayonnaise, sprinkle with fish seasoning and salt. Leave to marinate for at least 20 minutes.
  3. Then roll each piece of fish in breadcrumbs.
  4. Dip in beaten egg. (I make breading in that order. I tried the opposite “egg-crackers”, but that way it falls off.) Fry breaded fish in a well-heated frying pan with vegetable oil until tender.
  5. The breaded fried fish is ready.
