Instructions

  1. If possible, cut the smoked pork into 1 x 1 cm pieces. Sear it as crispy as possible in a pan (I always fry it with oil or lard).
  2. In the meantime, cut the leek into rings.
  3. Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water until cooked.
  4. Take the Kassler out of the pan and add the leek. Possibly add a little more fat. When the leek has collapsed well and is soft, add the smoked pork and noodles to the pan. Mix everything well together. Sprinkle the cheese on top and then turn the heat down.
  5. Now just wait until the cheese has melted. Then serve and enjoy.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
