  • Chicken fillet – 500 g
  • Bulb onions – 1 pc.
  • Hard cheese – 50 g
  • Garlic – 1 clove
  • Sour cream – 2 tbsp
  • Parsley – 2-3 sprigs
  • Dill – 2-3 branches
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste

  1. We wash the chicken fillet and cut into large pieces.
  2. Peel and chop the onion.
  3. Using a meat grinder, grind the meat and onions into minced meat.
  4. Finely chop the herbs and garlic.

  5. Add greens, garlic, salt and pepper to the minced meat.
  6. Mix thoroughly.
  7. Wash zucchini and cut into slices 1-1.5 cm wide.
  8. We form meatballs with wet hands.The number of meatballs should be equal to the number of zucchini pieces.
  9. We put slices of zucchini and meatballs on skewers, alternating between themselves.
  10. We put the resulting blanks in the mold.Turn on the oven to heat up 180 degrees.

  11. Add salt to sour cream, mix. Grate the cheese on a fine grater.
  12. Grease the kebabs with sour cream and sprinkle with cheese. We send to the oven for 30-35 minutes.
