Ingredients

For the dough:

  • 140 g butter
  • 100 g suar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 3 egg (s)
  • 3 cups pudding (Monte), small
  • 120 g flour
  • 100 g hazelnuts, round
  • 2 tablespoon cocoa
  • 50 g dark chocolate, melted
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

For the cream:

  • 250 g mascarpone
  • 200 g cream cheese
  • 100 g Nutella
  • 4 candy bars (Kinder Bueno)
  • 300 ml cream
  • 1 pack cream stabilizer
  • vanilla sugar

Instructions

  1. For 12 cupcakes.
  2. For the dough, beat the butter and sugar until frothy. Add the eggs one after the other and stir. Add the three small mugs of Monte and beat the melted chocolate and batter to a homogeneous mass.
  3. Mix the flour, hazelnuts, cocoa, baking powder and baking soda in a bowl and gradually add to the butter and egg mixture.
  4. Fill the dough into the muffin molds and bake at 175 ° C top / bottom heat for about 20-25 minutes.
  5. In the meantime the cream can be prepared. To do this, the children`s boules are tamped down. Then mix the children in with the mascarpone. Add the cream cheese and Nutella and stir until everything is homogeneous. Now the cream is whipped with cream stabilizer (optionally also with vanilla sugar) and lifted into the mass.
  6. Pour the cream onto the muffins and decorate with Kinder Buenos.
