  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 2 leeks
  • 2 onions)
  • 1 liter water
  • salt
  • 0.75 ¾ Tube / s tomato paste
  • 500 g noodles (spiral noodles)
  • 1 cube broth

Instructions

  1. Fry the minced meat in oil in a large saucepan. Cut the leek and onions into small pieces and add. Add the water, stock cube, tomato paste and pasta. Salt to taste and cook for about 20 minutes.
  2. Stir more often and maybe add a little more salted water. The pasta should be done at the end and the water should be overcooked.
  3. Season to taste.
