Ingredients

  • 1 kg pork, (pork neck) in approx. cm thick slices
  • 1 leek
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 5 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 5 tablespoon oil, (sunflower oil)
  • 2 tablespoon vinegar, (wine vinegar)
  • 1 lemon (s), squeezed
  • 7 teaspoons spices
  • 2 teaspoons cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. Chop or crush the garlic. Mix this with all the liquid ingredients and spices to a sauce and stir well. Then cut the leek into rings. Everything is already prepared. Now you need a bowl (preferably with a lockable lid) in which the meat can be marinated. This is layered as follows: sauce, leek, meat, sauce, leek, meat, etc
  2. Close the lid (or otherwise cover the bowl) and place in the refrigerator. Let stand there for 1-3 days, turn the bowl halfway through (or turn the meat slices) so that the marinade is evenly distributed.
  3. Have fun grilling or roasting and enjoy your meal!
