Prepare all products according to the list. I used ground pork. You can also take minced pork. I have a young cabbage, but the old crop will do. To boil water. Turn on the oven to heat up to 180 degrees.
Wash the cabbage, dry it, remove the top leaves. Chop the cabbage into thin strips.
Peel carrots and onions, wash and dry. Grate the carrots on a fine grater, chop the onion as small as possible.
Put cabbage and minced meat in a bowl.
Add carrots, onions and finely chopped (or pressed) garlic.
There – barley grits.
And beat in the eggs.
Add salt, ground pepper and dried garlic.
Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
Lightly grease a baking dish with vegetable oil. Form small cutlets from the cooked minced meat (I got 8 pieces) and put them in a mold.
Pour water (boiling water) gently into the mold.
“Seal” the form with foil, place in a preheated oven and cook for 40 minutes.
After a while, in a bowl, mix sour cream and tomato paste.
After 40 minutes, remove the form from the oven, carefully remove the foil.
Pour the lazy cabbage rolls with the sour cream-tomato mixture, return the shape to the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, until tender (orient yourself in your oven).
Serve lazy cabbage rolls with barley grits, baked in the oven, sprinkle with chopped herbs.
