We try something new every day! Sometimes you want a lazy recipe, but for everyone to have enough, it would be beautiful and tasty! Today we are preparing one large and very tasty cabbage roll in the oven. It is easy to prepare and you can feed the whole family! Cook for health!
Put the minced meat in a bowl (it is better to take a large and wide one) and rub the onion on a coarse grater.
Cut the tomatoes and also rub them on a coarse grater into a bowl with minced meat (discard the tomato skin remaining in the hand).
Grind the garlic on a fine grater (you can pass it through a press) and add to the minced meat. Cut the bell peppers into small cubes and send them to a bowl with minced meat. Add finely chopped parsley there.
We wash the rice and add to the minced meat with vegetables and herbs. Add salt, black pepper, and vegetable oil. Pour in 100 ml of water here. Grind the cumin in a mortar and add to the minced meat.
Mix everything well and let the minced meat stand in the refrigerator for about an hour.
Peking cabbage works very well for this recipe. Cut off the lower part of the head – the leaves will be well disassembled.
To soften cabbage leaves, pour boiling water over them for 5 minutes.
We turn on the oven, let it heat up to 200 degrees. To bake lazy cabbage rolls in the oven, I will use a cake pan with a hole in the middle (diameter of the pan is 25 cm), it should turn out beautifully.
Line the form with cabbage leaves. We spread the leaves with an overlap so that the finished cabbage roll does not fall apart, alternating in a circle the thick and thin ends of the leaves.
Put the minced meat in a form with cabbage leaves. Distribute the minced meat, lightly press with a spoon, and add another 80-100 ml of water to the filling.
We wrap the edges of the cabbage leaves with an overlap to completely hide the minced meat. Add cabbage leaves if necessary.
Cover the form with foil and place in a preheated oven. Cooking (baking) lazy cabbage rolls in the oven at 200 degrees for 50 minutes under foil. Then remove the foil and bake for another 10 minutes, until golden brown.
We take out the form from the oven and let the cabbage roll cool slightly (a couple of minutes). Then we transfer the baked cabbage rolls to a dish (while part of the broth can be drained).
Serve baked cabbage rolls with sour cream. Minced meat is delicious, juicy and aromatic from spices, I really liked it! Beijing is tender! The recipe has been tested, the cabbage roll is cool, we will repeat it!
