The recipe that I liked very much! No hassle with cooking, great taste and aroma! A simple trick will allow you to distribute the curd evenly over the dough. And we will get the laziest khachapuri in the pan!
Ingredients
Frozen cottage cheese – 500 g
Kefir – 500 ml
Eggs – 2 pcs.
Fresh dill (chopped) – 1 tbsp
Flour – 120-150 g
Soda – 0.5 teaspoon
Salt – 0.5 teaspoon
Butter – 50 g
Vegetable oil – for frying
Directions
The products are the simplest, let’s prepare everything and start. The curd must be frozen.
Take a larger cup and beat the eggs with a pinch of salt.
Put the frozen cottage cheese (I have fatty) in a bag and grind it well with a rolling pin to make grains. This trick will help distribute the curd evenly throughout the dough.
Add soda to kefir and mix well. Pour kefir into a container with beaten eggs. Add the remaining salt, chopped dill and cottage cheese there. Mix everything well.
Add flour, mix the dough. We get the consistency of thick sour cream. Let the dough stand for a few minutes.
Lubricate the pan with a little vegetable oil. Spread out the dough and spread over the bottom of the pan. Adjust the thickness of the cakes yourself. My lazy khachapuri turned out to be three times thicker than regular pancakes. Fry lazy khachapuri in a pan over low heat on both sides under a lid.
We grease the finished lazy khachapuri with a piece of butter, and you can treat your relatives!
Tried the cold ones, very good too!
Bon appetit!
