Ingredients

  • 125 g butter
  • 125 g suar
  • 0.5 ½ bottle flavor, (lemon)
  • 2 medium egg (s)
  • 250 g flour
  • 0.5 packet ½ baking powder
  • 25 wafers
  • some lemon juice
  • some powdered sugar
  • Almond flakes, roasted

Instructions

  1. Mix the butter, sugar and lemon flavor together, then stir in the eggs. Mix the flour with the baking powder, add to the mixture and stir in until it is smooth. Evenly distribute a dollop of the mixture on each wafer.
  2. Bake in a hot oven at around 190 ° C for a good 15 minutes until the mixture rises and is lightly browned, then remove and allow to cool.
  3. Make an icing from the powdered sugar and lemon juice and brush the cookies with it, then sprinkle with flaked almonds if necessary and allow the icing to harden.
