- 1 cup low-fat quark, 500 g
- 1 tablespoon cream cheese
- 2 tablespoon tomato paste
- 70 ml milk, low-fat
- 1 small onion (s)
- 1 handful tomato (s), dried
- 2 cloves garlic
- some salt and pepper
- some herbs, Italian
- some basil

- Roughly chop the onions, garlic and the sun-dried tomatoes.
- Put the first 7 ingredients in a large beaker and puree them finely with the blender. Season with herbs, salt and pepper and garnish with fresh basil.
